It gives me an error message saying STOP: c000021a FATAL SYSTEM ERROR. WINDOWS LOGON PROCESS SYSTEM PROCESS TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY WITH A STATUS OF 0x0000020. STYSTEM HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN. It is Windows XP. I cannot get off that screen, type, or even shut it down. Ctrl, Alt, Del wont even work. Is there anything I can do to fix it without bringing it to a computer store?
